Hot Vinyasa Flow

Hot Vinyasa is a heated flow of postures connected with breath. Room is heated 90-100F depending on the size of class. It can be as challenging as you make it. The class will begin with a warm up and the pace builds into a fluent flow of asanas (poses). This class enhances the mind-body-breath connection and you will advance gradually with each class improving your flexibility, balance, endurance and conditioning. Each teacher brings their unique style, flow and music. All levels are welcome.  Drink fluids to prepare and bring water, a mat and a towel to class.  Studio also has mats to borrow.   

Warm Vinyasa Flow

 Warm Vinyasa is a dynamic yet accessible flow set in a gently heated room, typically between 80–85°F depending on class size. It offers the perfect middle ground between a traditional Vinyasa and a Hot Vinyasa class—warm enough to support muscle flexibility and detoxification, but comfortable enough for all levels.

Each session begins with a mindful warm-up, gradually building into a smooth, breath-driven sequence of poses designed to strengthen, stretch, and energize the body. This class focuses on deepening the connection between movement and breath, supporting balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall conditioning.

No two classes are exactly alike—every instructor brings their own rhythm, flow, and music, making each experience unique. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class invites you to move at your own pace and explore your personal practice in a supportive, uplifting space.

Yin

 Yin Yoga is a gentle, relaxing and meditative class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints though holding a series of asanas (poses) from 3-5 minutes. This class focuses on restoring flexibility, calming the restless mind and working deeply into joints and tissues. The class will end with a restorative deep shavasana. All levels are welcome. 

Private Classes
