Hot Vinyasa is a heated flow of postures connected with breath. It can be as challenging as you make it. The class will begin with a warm up and the pace builds into a fluent flow of asanas (poses). This class enhances the mind-body-breath connection and you will advance gradually with each class improving your flexibility, balance, endurance and conditioning. Each teacher brings their unique style, flow and music. All levels are welcome.
Warm Vinyasa is a heated flow of postures connected with breath. This class is designed to be a little milder than Hot Vinyasa, but still an active flow. The pace builds from a warm up over the course of the class into a fluent flow of asanas (poses). This class enhances the mind-body-breath connection and you will advance gradually with each class improving your flexibility, balance, endurance and conditioning. Each teacher brings their unique style, flow and music. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga is a gentle, relaxing and meditative class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints though holding a series of asanas (poses) from 3-5 minutes. This class focuses on restoring flexibility, calming the restless mind and working deeply into joints and tissues. The class will end with a restorative deep shavasana. All levels are welcome.
There is a unique experience to the group energy (especially when the breath is in sync!). You may want to work on something specific or set aside a private time to have one-on-one instruction with an instructor that can help you deepen your journey.
